“The above project is also about 3 years old. Located in Syracuse New York this project is the result of poor maintenance practices. It is typical that the project was priced low enough to win the bid but lacked enough funding to keep up with the intensive maintenance needed. The general contractor was compensated, the installer was paid for the install and the first two years of maintenance however could not keep up the need hours to establish this roof.” Read More

Just recently one of our contacts forwarded pictures of pre-grown sedum blankets being installed at the Nashville Convention Center. These were hardly pre-grown! This is the difference between quality and inexperience, the installer should of rejected this product but in order to move the project forward and “get paid” the inferior product was installed anyway.
